Look. While we would like to think that our Married At First Sight (MAFS) participants joined the show for love, it’s no secret that some might have ulterior motives. I’m talking ’bout that post-reality TV influencer lifestyle.
With the MAFS 2025 all done and dusted, I believe this is the best time to check out which brides and/or grooms have truly made an impression on the Aussie public.
With that great impression comes a solid base to jump into influencer territory post-MAFS. So, here’s a quickie ranking on the MAFS 2025 and their end-of-season following stats — AKA who’s up for influencer stardom!!!
1. Jamie Marinos
Unsurprisingly, fan-favourite, Victoria-based bride Jamie Marinos has come out on top when it comes to IG followers.
Per Daily Mail Australia, the 28-year-old’s Instagram follower count was just at 169K last week, but now it has blown up to 199K.
Expect to see this diva front and centre at every social gathering in 2025!
2. Dave Hand

Coming in second is self-proclaimed gentle giant Dave Hand, who has an Instagram following 151K followers!
Per social media analytics site Social Blade, Dave copped a whopping 63K followers in the last 30 days.
3. Rhi Disljenkovic

Rhi Disljenkovic is one half of our success story for MAFS 2025. Following the Reunion Finale, it appears that her Instagram followers are up at 131K!
4. Awhina Rutene

Following Monday night’s intense Reunion Finale, Awhina Rutene‘s IG following stands at a gorgiana 121K figure!
While most MAFS folks go on to do some good ol’ influencing, the Perth-based bride revealed to PEDESTRIAN.TV that she will be living a normal life in her “last MAFS interview”.
Honestly, I wish Channel Nine would make her the next Bachelorette because she deserves her happy ending!
5. Carina Mirabile

After a tumultuous season, the Kim Kardashian bride has seemingly racked up more than 102K followers on Instagram. While she might not be as popular as Jamie or Rhi, I reckon we’ll be seeing the bride tackle the influencer events for her eccentric fashion choices, which we love!
6. Billy Belcher

UK larrakin Belly Belcher has amassed 101K followers on Instagram despite his short-lived time on MAFS. Throughout the season, the Perth-based groom took advantage of his screen time by taking on club appearances and appearing on podcasts alongside MAFS 2024 alum Lauren Dunn.
7. Katie Johnstone

Katie Johnstone graced our screens earlier in the season. However, her time on the show was cut short when her groom, Tim Gromie, insisted that there was “no spark” between them.
Unfortunately, it appears that her Instagram has been deactivated, but according to Google, it appeared that she amassed more than 83K followers.

But honestly, this diva doesn’t even need the IG followers. After all, she is a CEO boss baddie!
8. Jeff Gobbels

Ahhh! The second half of our golden couple. Since the MAFS Reunion Finale, Jeff Gobbels‘ Instagram following stands at a number 77.5K.

Now, going off her burner account where she’s posted a bunch of MAFS 2025 spoilers, the polarising bride has clocked a 71.2K following on Instagram.
However, for her official Instagram, Jac-Jac-Jacqui Burfoot only has 42.5K followers.
10. Eliot Donovan

While he is quite popular on TikTok, Eliot Donovan has only amassed 42.1K followers on Instagram following his time on MAFS.
Eliot’s popularity probably sits best on TikTok since he used the platform to shitpost about the show throughout the season. Sneaky sneaky.
11. Paul Antoine

After appearing on both MAFS and The Love Boat Australia, Paul Antoine has a whopping 40.6K. But honestly, with all of the shit that happened on MAFS, I don’t think this bloke will be securing any influencer deals any time soon.
12. Beth Kelly

AHHHH, our confident queen! Since appearing on MAFS, Beth Kelly‘s Instagram following stands at 35.5K!
13. Teejay Halkias

Intruder groom Teejay Halkias has appeared on two Aussie reality TV shows: Big Brother Australia and MAFS.
As a result of his stunts on reality TV, the Queensland-based groom has copped more than 31.9K followers on IG.
14. Sierah Swepstone

Just like many on this list, Sierah Swepstone has previously appeared on reality TV.
For those who need a quick reminder, Sierah appeared on Jimmy Nicholson‘s season of The Bachelor! However, after that and MAFS, the 2025 bride only clocked 31.2K followers.
15. Veronica Cloherty

Former Miss Universe Australia participant and intruder bride Veronica Cloherty currently has 30.4K Instagram followers following the MAFS Reunion Finale.
16. Adrian Araouzou

While it’s been rumoured that Adrian Araouzou was on the show purely for clout, the controversial groom has only clocked 30K followers since appearing on MAFS.
17. Tony Mojanovski

Since appearing on MAFS, Tony Mojanovski has gained 25.4K followers on Instagram. While his growth may not be as abundant as his peers, I feel like this bloke will be churning out some hilarious content in the future because his confessional would always make me cackle!
18. Morena Farina

As you may’ve noticed, Morena Farina had A LOT to say on her business account @djmorenaofficial. Since speaking out about the show — whilst hustling her DJ gigs — the 57-year-old bride has clocked more than 23.1K followers.
19. Lauren Hall

Interestingly, Lauren Hall was one of the castmates who seemingly refused to give up her Instagram account to Channel Nine when the show kicked off.
As a result, the bride’s Instagram was set on private up until the season’s finale. But now that it’s open, it appears that the CEO has clocked more than 17.1K followers.
Just like Katie, I don’t think we’ll be seeing this bride at events due as she appears to be all about her gifting business.
20. Ryan Donnelly

Self-proclaimed warrior groom Ryan Donnelly’s Instagram following stands at 10.7K. But just like his on-screen wife, Jacqui, Ryan has also been using a burner account to clap back at any remarks made about him during the season.
On that account, the western Sydney-based groom has accumulated 7,774 followers.
21. Clint Rice

Former pro-golfer and intruder groom Clint Rice currently boasts a following of 10.1K followers on Instagram. However, he frequently makes appearances on Jacqui’s social media accounts, so I guess you can merge their accounts into one big following… I guess?
22. Ashleigh Ackerman

Just like Katie, Ashleigh Ackerman‘s time on the show was short-lived after her ‘husband’, Jake Luik, left the show following a scruff regarding the photo ranking challenge.
At the time of writing, it appears that Ash doesn’t have a public Instagram account. However, she does have an account dedicated to her dance school.
It truly gives me flashbacks to my tap, jazz and ballet days!
23. Jake Luik

At the time of writing, it appears that 30-year-old groom Jake Luik does not have a public Instagram account. However, this social media move is quite unsurprising as the Perth-based teacher faced criticism for the comments he made about his co-stars during the controversial photo ranking challenge.
24. Tim Gromie

Just like Jake, Tim Gromie also doesn’t have a public Instagram account. From day dot, the primary school teacher was dragged for the way he spoke about Katie throughout their short-lived marriage.
He also ditched his bride on the first week, only to return and get roasted at the first Dinner Party of the season.
With a stellar list, it’s only a matter of time before we start seeing the top 10 at your standard influencer events.
That being said, I will be keeping my eyes peeled at Australian Fashion Week because there’s bound to be some MAFS tea brewing over there!
