Moira Rose famously once said that awards season is her favourite season and wouldn’t ya bloody know it, the greatest season of all is about to start with the 2025 Golden Globes!

To ensure that you’re enjoying the season kick-off to its fullest extent, here’s everything you need to know about Hollywood’s warm-up night of nights.

Wondering where to watch the 2025 Golden Globes? Wonder no further because we’ve got you covered!

Tthe 2025 Golden Globe Awards, will be broadcasting live on Monday, January 6 at 11am AEDT — same time as the U.S. on Channel 10. If your boss won’t let you chuck a sicky for the show, the awards will also be available to stream on 10Play, from 4:30pm, and Paramount Plus, from 7pm.

And what better time for this to happen given how many icons are nominated!

First of all there’s our favourite green and pink duo Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande nominated for Best Actress in a Musical/Comedy and Best supporting actress respectively for Wicked.

And let’s not forget the narco-thriller Emilia Pérez, featuring Selena Gomez, which led the Golden Globes nominations this year with a total of 10 noms.

And historical movie The Brutalist, which you can peep Taylor Swift‘s ex Joe Alwyn in, has a whopping seven nominations.

With a tonne of nominations to get through and comedian Nikki Glaser hosting this, we are absolutely in for a ride!

Red carpet arrivals will kick off at 11am AEDT on Monday January 6, followed by the three-hour awards ceremony from noon.

It’s the 82nd annual of the awards ceremony, taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

It’s gonna be a hoot and a half, see ya there! And by there, I mean via our individual couches, ofc. But in spirit, we’ll be at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, watching the whole thing go down together. That’s showbiz, baby!

The 2025 Golden Globe Awards will be live and on demand from 11am AEDT January 6 with red carpet arrivals, followed by the award ceremony from 12am AEDT, on Channel 10.
