Originally released in 1985, Nike Air Jordan sneakers are one of the most iconic shoes in basketball and pop culture. And with their 40th anniversary coming up in 2025, the sports apparel company has been re-releasing and “re-mixing” Air Jordans for a new generation.
Priced at $140, the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG sneakers have an instantly recognizable and classic silhouette — even in a low-top profile. These shoes serve as a throwback remake to the very first pair of Air Jordans.
Made with premium leather, the Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG sneakers are lightweight with cushioning and solid rubber outsoles for traction, while Nike’s eye-catching stitched-down Swoosh logo comes in black that matches its midsole with black tip, mudguard and quarter.
They have a refined and subtle sail, dark mocha and black colorway that’s ideal for casual use throughout the day or a professional look at the office.
Since Nike has been dropping all sorts of styles and remakes, there are a few sneaker releases that are still in stock and ready to buy — including the Air Jordan 3 Retro High and Air Jordan 6 Retro High in black and white, as well as pearl, colorways.
Out on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT, the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Mocha” sneakers are unisex and come in men’s and women’s sizes for $140. Additionally, the sneakers come in sizes for big kids, little kids and toddlers & babies with prices starting at $65 per pair at nike.com.
