Unhinged moment ‘Mr and Mrs Karen’ unleash in a foul-mouthed Australia Day tirade in the carpark of a ritzy winery
Astonishing dash cam has emerged of a couple copping a furious spray from an aggressive driver and his female passenger dubbed ‘Mr and Mrs Karen’ by the internet.
The pair were on their way to dinner at a ritzy winery in Victoria’s Yarra Valley on Australia Day when the grey Landcruiser ute in front of them turned into a dirt driveway.
The other vehicle appeared to slow down as it passed the ute and continued down the road to Pietro Gallus Estate, where the couple parked.
Moments later the ute reappeared and boxed the vehicle in.
A woman in the passenger seat stormed out of the ute and began berating the visitors for driving too fast down a street filled with ‘kangaroos’.
‘If you drive down a residential street that has 60 kangaroos on that road ever again, like you just did, I’m going to come and f**king kill you,’ the woman said.
‘I will scratch your car to motherf**kery.’
No kangaroos were visible in the dashcam footage.

The ute occupants claimed the couple were driving too quickly and endangering ’60 kangaroos on that road’
A man inside the other car warned the woman he would call police for help if she didn’t leave him and his partner alone.
After the dashcam owners wound up their window, the woman yelled she had ‘CCTV’ of the couple driving dangerously.
As the woman got back inside the Landcruiser, the man behind the wheel got out and began pulling at the couple’s door handle in an attempt to get inside their car.
All the while, the woman continued to yell at the couple from the passenger front seat of ute while making wild gestures.
Shocked bystanders in the car park can be seen watching on, along with a dog in the backseat of the Landcruiser.
A frightened woman inside the under-attack vehicle yelled to the Landcruiser driver: ‘You can’t go opening people’s doors like that.’
Expletive rants continued from the ute until the angry pair finally drove away, leaving the dashcam owners confused but grateful they’d locked the doors.
The couple later shared the footage with the Dash Cam Owners of Australia Facebook page, where hundreds of were shocked by the behaviour of the Landcruiser occupants

‘They weren’t far behind you so obviously they sped down that residential street endangering the 60 kangaroos as well,’ one wrote.
Another added: ‘I’d go to the cops. She threatened to kill you and damage your property. Needs to learn her lesson, can’t talk to people like that.’
A third wrote: ‘They look like city people that bought a property and now think they police the sticks.’
A fourth commented: ‘You were doing about the same speed as they were, you weren’t right up their a***, you kept back, they turned off with no indicator and you still weren’t up their a***. Then they chase after you?’
Other commenters branded the Landcruiser occupants ‘Mr and Mrs Karen’.
It’s unclear if the incident was reported to Victoria Police.
The Yarra Valley and nearby Dandenong Ranges are known for being home to a large number of kangaroos with Wildlife Victoria recording thousands of deaths due to vehicle collisions.
In the year to June 30, 2024, it found 15,206 wildlife incidents were caused by road users.
