Tuesday: Doctors host the “Comprehensive Health Insurance” delegation at a symposium at Dar Al-Hekma

The General Doctors Syndicate will host, at Dar Al-Hekma headquarters, next Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 4 p.m., a delegation from the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority, in an open symposium, to explain the procedures for contracting with doctors in the governorates covered by comprehensive health insurance.

Participating in the meeting from the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority, Deputy Chairman of the Authority, Dr. Ihab Abu Aish, Executive Director of the Authority, Mai Farid, and Head of the Central Administration for Service Providers, Dr. Heba Atef, and Director General of the General Administration of Health Economics, Dr. Ahmed Siam.

This meeting comes in response to the request of many doctors in the governorates where the comprehensive health insurance system is implemented, to contract with the authority, to provide services alongside the care authority. Health services, and the integration of private clinics, whether general practitioners, or specialist doctors and consultants, in those governorates into the system.

This symposium is scheduled to be broadcast on the official page of the General Syndicate of Egyptian Physicians, on Its page on the social networking site Facebook opened the door for remote participation for doctors interested in contracting, and allocated a WhatsApp number to receive their questions and inquiries.
