Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has garnered 5 million more votes than his opponent Kamala Harris, according to the Associated Press.
Latest data shows that Trump received over 69 million votes, while Kamala Harris secured only 64 million votes. This significant gap highlights the clear preference of voters in the U.S. presidential race.
Trump also surpasses Harris in the number of electoral votes, with 267 out of the 270 required for victory. In contrast, Harris has only received 224 votes. This result positions Trump strongly in the race, giving him a clear advantage in the electoral system.
In a speech delivered at his estate in Florida, Trump referred to his performance as a “political victory the likes of which the history of the U.S. has never seen.” He also noted that the “true golden age of America” is now beginning. Trump expressed confidence that he will lead the country back to greatness and described his victory as “astonishing.”
This surge in votes and electoral support reflects significant backing from American voters, giving Trump a strong lead in the race while Harris works to increase her support in the coming days.
