During a speech at his Mar-a-Lago estate, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump referred to Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX who supports him, as a “super genius.” Trump shared this opinion, as reported by TASS.
“He is a unique individual, he is special, a super genius,” Trump stated.
According to the politician, the government should protect gifted individuals, as there are not many of them in the United States.
If Trump wins the election, he plans to propose Elon Musk as the head of a commission to evaluate the effectiveness of government operations, TASS reports. This regulatory body, which Musk could lead, would focus on reorganizing the federal government and uncovering cases of fraud within the authorities.
On November 1, the Republican presidential candidate mentioned that, if he were to win the presidential election, he might appoint both Elon Musk and politician Robert Kennedy Jr. to “influential positions” within his administration. However, he did not specify which positions those might be.
