To announce incentive packages for investments and open a number of outsourcing centers

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, will chair tomorrow, Wednesday, the weekly government meeting in the New Administrative Capital, to discuss a number of political, economic, social and cultural files and follow up on projects. This will be followed by a press conference, in the presence of the Ministers of Finance and Investment. To announce incentive packages for investments and tax facilities, which come in light of the new tax policies to achieve confidence between investors and the Tax Authority and improve the investment climate 

The Prime Minister is also visiting and opening a number of outsourcing centers.

&nbsp ;     Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting this evening, at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, with Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, and Engineer Hassan Al-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade. 

The advisor said Muhammad Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, said that the meeting discussed the final outcomes of the tax facilitation packages and investment attraction incentives after their completion in preparation for announcing them tomorrow. The tax facilities come in light of the new policies adopted by the government and pursued by the Ministry of Finance to achieve more confidence between investors and the Tax Authority, stressing that these facilities aim to overcome tax obstacles facing the business community and their economic activities, in a way that supports efforts to raise productivity rates, in order to strengthen the macroeconomic structure, And improving the growth structure to rely more on production and export.

 

In turn, the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade reviewed the final features of the investment incentives package that the Ministry finished formulating in cooperation with the concerned authorities and investors, noting This package aims to improve the investment climate in Egypt and increase the volume of local and foreign investments in various sectors.

Engineer Hassan Al-Khatib also presented the position of the export burden reimbursement system, indicating that coordination is underway between the ministries of industry, investment, foreign trade and finance to develop And improving the system of refunding export burdens in a way that contributes to the speed and regularity of disbursing export support and activating the clearing system for investors’ entitlements with government agencies.

Al-Khatib stressed: The new export burden rebate system will contribute to improving export rates, which in turn will be reflected in supporting and strengthening the industrial sector, and growing the volume of production and employment in many fields, pointing to a number of meetings that took place with a number of investors regarding the new export rebate program.< /p>
