If you’re on my side of the TikTok internet, you might have come across OnlyFans creator and TikTok superstar Kayla Jade, aka @blueyedkaylajade. This week, Kayla revealed that she was a mother of two kids, much to the shock of her audience.
The video racked up more than 8 million views and now, in an episode on her podcast Storytime with Kayla Jade, the influencer revealed that she came clean about being a mum after essentially being doxxed by mums groups and gossip pages online.

Kayla is a sex worker and OnlyFans star who has gained a following of more than 602,000 followers on Instagram and 2.1 million on TikTok by sharing story-time videos about her daily life. With her sense of humour and no-nonsense attitude, her videos feel like you’re on FaceTime.
In a video shared on Thursday last week, Kayla revealed that she was also a mum of two. She’d been keeping her children secret to protect them and add an element of separation to her public and private life.
In a 16-minute episode of her podcast, Kayla revealed what led to her finally sharing the truth with her audience.
“About six months ago, I saw a thread online of people discussing my children,” she began, noting that people were engaging in “icky” behaviour like asking for photos of her children and personal information about them.
“Facebook mums group and gossip groups sharing private information about my kids and myself, pretty much doxxing me, which was such a surprise to me because I guess on my platform, I’m all about women supporting women.
“To see that women were putting their fucking tea in front of chidlren’s safety, that just broke my heart,” Kayla continued, breaking down into tears.
“My children’s lives are not your tea. I shouldn’t have to tell this side of my story but because people wanted to see the drama, they wanted to see the tea, now I’m here talking about it.”
Kayla shared that it’s common for sex workers to keep their private lives secret for their own protection and safety, along with the general stigma of sex workers as a whole.
“The reason I started sex work was for my kids,” Kayla shared.
“I never thought, being from a small town and a lot of the time the people I was around, we didn’t have huge ambitions or goals or anything like that. I never thought I’d be able to provide a comfortable lifestyle for my family. And when I started sex work, and seeing the money that it could make. I was like, ‘wow, I can actually, I could create such a beautiful lifestyle for my family’.”
Although Kayla says she struggles socially blending her profession and private life but is incredibly thankful that her work has allowed her to not only support her kids but be present in their lives.
Ultimately, Kayla’s story is just another reminder that just because someone shares parts of their lives online, it doesn’t mean we’re entitled to their lives entirely.
