The Youth Committee celebrates the graduation of the second batch of trainees in the Professional Project Management Diploma (PMP).

 

In the presence of Engineer Tariq Al-Nabrawy – Captain of the Syndicate of Engineers, Engineer Mahmoud Arafat – Secretary-General of the Syndicate, and Engineer Karim Al-Kassar – Assistant Secretary-General, the Youth and Student Communication Committee of the General Syndicate of Engineers, headed by Engineer Muhammad Al-Wadhi, organized, The graduation ceremony of the second batch of trainee engineers in the Professional Project Management Diploma (PMP), which comes within the “From Youth to Youth” initiative, where consulting engineer Ahmed Al-Sayed participated in the audience. The accredited international lecturer who lectured in the diploma program as a “volunteer”, Engineer Ahmed Saadawi – Deputy of the Committee, and Engineer Muhammad Al-Husseini – Assistant Rapporteur of the Committee.

In his speech, the Head of the Syndicate of Engineers congratulated the trainees, stressing that training is one of the issues it undertakes. The union is of particular importance, saying: “Training complements the engineering education system, on which we have many comments, and we are engaging in this file with great challenges,” stressing that Egypt is in need of a scientifically competent and practically trained engineer. Engineer Tariq Al-Nabrawi pointed out that the union’s insistence on implementing its vision to advance engineering education for the benefit of the profession and the engineer, stressing the support and backing of the bureau and the Supreme Council for the training file, especially the initiative to train 10,000 engineers on professional project management (PMP), appreciating the role played by consulting engineer Ahmed Al-Sayed. – The accredited international lecturer who insisted on providing support and assistance to his fellow engineers in training this large number of “volunteers.” For his part, Engineer Mahmoud Arafat stressed the great role played by the union and its keenness to prepare a competent engineer for the Egyptian and Arab labor market, and that this can only be achieved with good training, noting that all the union’s divisions and committees are working together in this regard.   The Secretary-General magnified the eagerness of engineers to apply for training and the great demand for it from all categories, which represented an encouraging incentive for the union to move forward and expand this training file, and gave the Bureau and the Supreme Council an incentive to train thousands of engineers instead of dozens and hundreds, which is what was achieved. His first steps on the ground after the union took the decision to start training 10,000 engineers on professional project management (PMP), saying: “Education and training allow “Better job opportunities and give an ambition to move to a higher level in management.” He thanked and greeted the consulting engineer, Ahmed Al-Sayed, for his insistence on devoting some of his time as a “volunteer.” To serve, train and qualify his colleagues. He also appreciated the role of the Youth and Student Communication Committee in thinking about training a large number of male and female engineers and qualifying them for the labor market.  Meanwhile, Engineer Karim Al-Kassar saluted the Youth Committee and the consulting engineer Ahmed Al-Sayed, who devoted himself to serving his colleagues, saying: “Training and qualifying young engineers is the union’s ultimate goal, and if we have only accomplished during the year 2025 the training of 10,000 male and female engineers, then this is… “It is an unprecedented achievement in itself, and it is sufficient.” He explained that the union is interested in qualifying and raising the efficiency of its members, and is also interested in improving all its services. In turn, Engineer Muhammad Al-Wadeh confirmed that the Youth and Student Communication Committee is working on several axes, including qualifying young engineers for the labor market, which is what the “From Youth to Youth” initiative is interested in. He said: “Training 100 engineers was a dream of ours, but through a link Registration to participate in the training course The number of registered people reached 4,000 engineers, which encouraged us and pushed us to take action in implementing the initiative to train 10,000 engineers with great support and assistance from the union’s office body and its supreme council, and the solidarity and cooperation of all Divisions and committees of the union. He praised the "clear" With the unlimited support of the Head of the Engineers Syndicate and the office staff for the committee’s efforts, he extended his greetings and thanks to the consulting engineer and accredited international lecturer, “Ahmed Al-Sayed.” For volunteering to train this large number of young engineers. Consulting engineer Ahmed Al-Sayed concluded the opening words, expressing his happiness that the training course lasted for 40 hours, and in which he found young men of both sexes who had the hunger and thirst to receive every information, appreciating the great support he found from the head of the Engineers Syndicate and the union’s office staff, and said: " We have taken the first steps of success on our way to training 10,000 engineers on professional project management (PMP). Pointing out that qualifying this number contributes effectively to enriching the Egyptian labor market and improving opportunities for obtaining a good job. The celebration was moderated by Engineer Ali Jalal, offering congratulations to the trainees within the second batch of the initiative.

At the conclusion of the celebration, Engineer Tariq Al-Nabrawy, Engineer Mahmoud Arafat, Engineer Karim Al-Kassar, and consulting engineer Ahmed Al-Sayed handed over the certificate of passing the training course to the trainees. The President of the Engineers Syndicate, the Secretary-General, and the Assistant Secretary-General presented a shield of honor to the international lecturer, Engineer Ahmed Al-Sayed, in view of his efforts in training young engineers. "Volunteer".
