The start of work on the one-stop-shop system at the Al-Balina Educational Administration in Sohag

The Al-Balina Educational Administration in Sohag Governorate has begun working with a one-stop-shop service within the educational administration to serve and meet citizens’ requests with ease and convenience, within the framework of the directives of Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Sohag, regarding the necessity of providing all the necessary capabilities and amenities to quickly respond to citizens’ requests.

The Undersecretary stressed the need to remove all obstacles that negatively affect citizen services, based on the directives of Major General Dr. Abdel Fattah Sarraj, Governor of Sohag.
