The Secretary of the Future of a Nation in Shorouk praises the efforts of the city apparatus in planning Rabieh and reconciling its conditions

Dr. Ibrahim Shafiq, Secretary of the Mostaqbal Watan El Shorouk Party, thanked the President of the Republic, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Minister of Housing, and the leaders of the Shorouk City Authority for the effort. The efforts made on their part and the completion of planning operations inside Rabieh according to the latest urban systems, and the completion of more than 70% of the facilities, in addition to increasing the pace of legalizing the status of landowners and building permits in accordance with For modern urban planning, stressing that the state has made significant efforts in this matter to provide a living environment worthy of the value of the Egyptian citizen in the new republic.

 

Today, the Shorouk City Authority held a ceremony to hand over the utility files for 24 buildings. A family of Rabieh landowners, after approving and taking the necessary steps to reconcile and legalize the status of their residential lands, in the Rabieh area, in the presence of Dr. Hassan Al-Shorbagy, Vice President of the Urban Communities Authority, representing the Minister of Housing, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny. He revealed that 20,347 applications were received to legalize lands in all areas added to the city,  The head of the agency reviewed a plan for the Rabieh region and its geographical location, and the first phase was presented, which consists of 5 axis, and 5 new axis are being prepared to legalize their conditions.  He also reviewed the achievements of the entire facilities in the fifth dialogues by 70%.

 

Dr. Hassan Al-Shorbagy, Vice President of the Urban Communities Authority, said in his speech on behalf of the Minister of Housing, that today is the result of the fruits of work and collaboration. For efforts to reach a civilized urban community, as we witnessed today in the Rabieh area added to the city of Shorouk, adding that the Ministry is keen on a well-planned urban community that befits the families and owners of these areas.
