The railway offers several methods of payment and obtaining tickets for different trains.

The National Railway Company announces the availability of obtaining travel tickets on all trains and payment methods through a number of different methods in order to facilitate the passengers and to confront the crowding in front of the ticket windows, as the passengers can obtain travel tickets through: 

1) Ticket windows spread across the Authority’s various stations.

2) City offices located outside the stations.

3) Booking through the Authority’s website.

4) Booking through the Authority’s website 

5) Booking via the Egyptian National Railways mobile application, which can be obtained from the electronic application stores, Play store & App store."ltr"> 

6) Sales agents from electronic collection companies contracted with the Authority to provide ticket sales and issuance services, which are: (Fawry, Aman, Damman, Magic Pay, Khedmati, O Pay, Talqa, Cash Call).

The Authority also provides several ways to pay the value of train tickets through:

1) Cash payment at all the Authority’s ticket windows and offices. Electronic payment is also available using electronic payment cards (Visa & Master) at the Authority’s ticket windows.

2) Payment on the website and mobile application via electronic payment cards (Visa & Master)."ltr"> 

3) Payment to the aforementioned sales agents, whether in cash or electronically using electronic payment cards (Visa & Master) for merchants affiliated with the sales agents contracted with the Authority.

This comes in implementation of the directives of Lieutenant General Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, to improve the level of service provided to passengers and within the framework of the Egyptian National Railways Authority’s keenness to provide the best possible service to passengers, and in light of the continuous modernization in all sectors.
