The Prime Minister follows up on the implementation of the first phase of the development project "The head of wisdom"
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting today to follow up developments regarding the implementation of the first phase of the Ras El Hekma city development project, as well as the position of the compensation allocated to the people of the region, in the presence of Lieutenant General Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Development. Industrial, Minister of Industry and Transport, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Major General Khaled Shuaib, Governor of Matrouh, Dr. Islam Rajab, Deputy Governor, Major General Ashraf El-Arabi, Head of the Advisory Office of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, and Engineer Amin Ghoneim, Vice President The Urban Communities Authority for the Development and City Development Sector, Major General Ahmed Zaki, Assistant Head of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, Major General Ahmed Reda, Chief of Staff of Surveying in the Engineering Authority, Dr. Essam Khalifa, Head of the Egyptian General Authority for Coastal Protection, and Engineer Howaida Al-Noubi, Head of the Egyptian General Authority for Surveying, And officials of the relevant ministries and the governorate.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister indicated that the meeting comes within the framework of periodic follow-up of developments in the situation regarding the first phase of the Ras El Hekma city development project, As well as the position regarding the City of the Sun of Wisdom, with the aim of working to overcome any challenges and solve any problems, stressing the coordination and cooperation that is being done in this regard with the various concerned parties.
The Prime Minister renewed his reference to the ongoing efforts to quickly hand over the lands of the Ras Al-Hekma City Development Project to the Emirati partner, to begin the infrastructure work for this important project.
Counselor Muhammad Al-Homsani, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, stated that the meeting discussed developments in the position of handing over the land for the first phase of the city of Ras Al-Hikma, as well as the position of inventorying the plots of land and houses. , buildings, and plants, in the city of Ras Al-Hikma, in addition to the compensation that has been disbursed to the people of the region to date.
The official spokesman added: The meeting touched on the situation regarding the implementation of the main networks and the network. Main and secondary roads and various aspects of infrastructure and facilities for the alternative area in the Shams al-Hekma area, which includes residential and service areas, commercial and investment activities, and open areas, as well as a position for allocating land to implement the project to establish an experimental school in the Shams al-Hekma area.
Counsel Muhammad Al-Homsani indicated that the meeting also included a review of the position of repopulating the first phase in the “Shams Al-Hikma” area. Within the jurisdiction of Matrouh Governorate, the position of the contracts that have been issued for the people in this regard, and the remaining contracts, work is underway to quickly complete the relevant procedures.
