The President of Nigeria before the Arab Summit: The two-state solution has become mandatory and we must work to end the conflict
Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, said: In his speech before the extraordinary Arab and Islamic summit in Riyadh, today: “It is imperative that we work together to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and work forward on the two-state solution. This is inevitable and must be done with the utmost speed.”
The President of Nigeria added: “The Palestinian territories have suffered for decades and decades, and we must guarantee their full right to sovereignty.”
The President of Nigeria added: “Based on the value of justice and human dignity, we must – also as a moral duty – work collectively towards ending this conflict.”
The President of Nigeria continued: " This war must end, especially since the state of hostility in Gaza has continued for a long time and has claimed the lives of thousands of people. The state of security is non-existent, and it has claimed many, many lives.
The President of Nigeria said: “We must acknowledge and guarantee the right, bear responsibility, and affirm that the two-state solution has become a mandatory and obligatory matter, and we must defend Palestine’s full right to self-determination and to enjoy peace and security.” span>
The Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit
It is worth noting that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, arrived this morning, Monday, in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to participate in the extraordinary Arab-Islamic summit held in Riyadh.
