In continuation of the implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, regarding the National Human Development Project “A New Beginning Initiative for Human Building,” the Ministry of Justice launched the service of authenticating official documents in (4) legalization offices in the governorates of (Fayoum – Beni Suef – Beheira – Al-Wadi). The new one, as of 1/5/2025, to facilitate the provision of the document authentication service to the citizens of these governorates.
In order to activate this service, Counselor Adnan Fanjari, Minister of Justice, issued four ministerial decisions to establish certification offices in those governorates, and directed His Excellency to take the following measures:
1. Training consultants and administrators working in these offices on the work of authenticating documents.
2. Preparing headquarters for these offices within the courts of first instance in the aforementioned governorates.
3. The necessary seals to activate the service are issued by the Stamps and Weights Department.
It is worth noting that the total number of certification offices has become (24) offices in the following governorates: (Sohag – Minya – Kafr El-Sheikh – Damietta – Suez – Port Said – Gharbia – Sharqia – Matrouh – Qalyubia – Alexandria – Dakahlia – Menoufia – Ismailia – South Sinai – Red Sea – Assiut – Qena Luxor – Aswan), in addition to the four new offices.
