Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation, Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, Counselor Adnan Fangri, Minister of Justice, and Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, inaugurated the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Mission in Ain Shams.

The building of the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Mission in Ain Shams is located on an area of 200 square meters and consists of 3 floors, where the first floor includes an office for real estate registration, the second floor an office for documentation, and the third floor for preservation. The total cost of the project amounted to 12 One million pounds, as Cairo Governorate provided the plot of land on which the real estate registration building was built and facilitated all the necessary procedures and licenses to quickly complete the construction of the building that serves the people of the Ain Shams region.
 
The project comes within the framework of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the state’s efforts to develop the real estate registration system nationwide to make it easier for citizens to authenticate their official documents and preserve their rights, in addition to digitizing all documentation offices and the various documents issued by them, in In light of the state’s integrated plan for digital transformation and automation of services.
The Minister of Planning, Economic Development and International Cooperation confirmed that the opening of the new office comes within the framework of efforts The government’s efforts, through the integration of the relevant ministries, in order to develop the services provided to citizens, through the application of digital transformation in the real estate documentation system, which saves time and effort, reduces cost, facilitates services for citizens of all categories, and provides a smooth experience in obtaining government services.
Dr. Rania Al-Mashat indicated the Ministry’s keenness to integrate with the Ministries of Justice and Local Development, and the various governorates, in order to meet the different needs within the framework of the priorities of the investment plan. , as well as efforts to govern and increase the effectiveness of investment spending, pointing in this context to the measures taken by the Ministry to develop government services through the Information Infrastructure Center of the Egyptian Planning System, and to develop government services to support decision-makers by providing an integrated information infrastructure.

For her part, Dr. Manal Awad indicated that the Ministry provides all necessary support to ministries and partner agencies in the government to develop and improve services for all citizens in the various governorates, noting that The Ministry is following up with the Ministries of Planning and Economic Development and Communications and Information Technology the development of all technology centers in the governorates to improve procedures for citizens’ access to government services and governance and simplify procedures on an ongoing basis, pointing out that 312 technology centers have been developed out of a total of 316 centers in the governorates and 24 technology centers have been developed in the offices of all governorates from A total of 27 governorates, and 43 mobile technological cars were provided to serve citizens in remote areas.
The Governor of Cairo stressed the existing cooperation with the Ministry Justice in expanding the development and establishment of new headquarters for branches of real estate notarization offices aims to reduce the burden on citizens in authenticating their official documents, especially in light of the state’s integrated plan for digital transformation and mechanization of services provided to citizens and achieving transparency, integrity and speedy completion of their daily transactions.
