The Minister of Local Development, Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Education and the American University Adviser opens an exhibition " Egypt’s hands "
Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, opened today & quot; Egypt’s hands & quot; For marketing for handicrafts, craftsmanship and heritage in the governorates, in the presence of Dr. Tariq Shawky, Advisor to the American University in Cairo, Dr. Mahmoud Allam, Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Education at the American University, Dr. Alia Shuaib, Associate Dean for Registration and Education Faculty at the Faculty of Continuing Education and Mr. Thomas Shama, the resident representative of the German Hans Zidel Foundation in Egypt and with participation Ambassador Hossam Al -Qawish, Assistant Minister of Local Development for International Cooperation, Dr. Essam El -Gohary, Assistant Minister for Development, Training and Digital Transformation, and Dr. Saeed Helmy, Head of the Strategic Management and Local Development Sector at the Ministry. /P>
Dr. Manal Awad was keen to thank the American University in Cairo for hosting the exhibition in the framework of the university’s goals to support development projects and develop workforce in various governorates of Egypt and belief from the ministry of the importance of supporting small craftsmen to market their heritage products by opening new markets for them . Egypt’s hands & quot; In Egyptian universities, whether governmental or private, to introduce the manual and heritage district of the governorates and contribute to providing job opportunities for young people and women in all governorates.

P> Dr. Manal Awad inspected Dr. Tariq Shawky and Dr. Mahmoud Allam and the university delegation for the exhibits in Egypt’s hands exhibition, where Professor Maryam Sirajuddin supervising Egypt’s hands at the Ministry of Local Development for the contents of the exhibition, which includes a distinguished group of heritage and manual crafts in Giza Governorate (Hand Carpet & ndash; The Minister of Local Development and the American University delegation praised the quality of the products offered within the & quot; Egypt’s hands & quot; Which varies in various products.

& nbsp; The Ministry’s efforts to provide internal exhibitions on the land of various governorates as well as exhibitions supervised by various ministries in the government, and they also asked the Minister of Local Development to support them in increasing participation in external exhibitions as well as providing export opportunities abroad. & Nbsp;

For his part, Dean of the Faculty of Continuing Education said the exhibition of Egypt’s hands, a distinguished initiative that supports entrepreneurs, enhances the handicraft industry, and preserves the rich cultural heritage of Egypt. This project plays a pivotal role in maintaining traditional crafts and providing greater opportunities for craftsmen to reach markets. & Nbsp;
