The two sides also stressed the importance of completing files and memorandums of understanding in preparation for convening the joint Iraqi-Egyptian Supreme Committee headed by the prime ministers of the two countries early next year.
The ambassador stressed Iraq’s desire to benefit from the pioneering Egyptian experience in the fields of infrastructure and housing, and called for enhancing the participation of Egyptian contracting companies in implementing development projects in Iraq, through economic and development cooperation that Both countries seek to strengthen and advance it in a way that achieves the common interest of Iraq and Egypt.
