The Minister of Housing stresses the necessity of completing the rest of the facilities in the heritage city of New Alamein
The Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, stressed the necessity of completing the rest of the facilities in the heritage city and operating them to serve the residents and visitors of New Alamein City, as the heritage city includes a group of facilities, including (the main lake – the main square and commercial squares – Exhibition grounds – Church – Roman theater – Commercial and hotel buildings – – cinema complex), and many of these facilities were completed and operated.
This came during the Minister’s inspection today, Saturday, of the progress of work in the heritage city projects, which have an area of 260 acres, and the total number of facilities in it is about 70 facilities. Operating a number of them, as well as a number of infrastructure projects, in the city of New Alamein, and was accompanied by officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority.
Engineer Sharif also inspected Al-Sherbini, the project to construct a bridge at the intersection of the C3 road with the express train and the Al-Qabbari railway line in New Alamein City, and the project to establish the main sewage lifting station 1 in the city, which has a total capacity of 200 thousand cubic meters per day, stressing the necessity of completing various infrastructure projects to serve the residents and visitors of the city. .
