The Minister of Housing and the Governor of Giza visit the Al-Haram Al-Helical sewage pumping station

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities And Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, made a surprise visit to follow up on the progress of work at the Al-Haram Spiral Sanitary Lifting Station, located on the Mansouriya Canal Road next to Kafr Nassar – Faisal, after their meeting to review the plan for developing the area surrounding the pyramids.

The Minister toured Housing and the Governor of Giza, with the various components of the Al-Haram Spiral Sanitary Lifting Station, to monitor the extent of compliance with the standard standards for operation and maintenance work, the presence of workers at their sites, and the regularity of work progress in the various components of the station, as the Minister of Housing stressed the necessity of adhering to the standard standards for operation and maintenance, and paying attention to the work of site coordination and the general appearance. For the station.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny and Engineer Adel El-Naggar listened to a detailed explanation from the officials responsible for operating the Al-Haram Spiral Sanitary Lifting Station, about the progress of work in it, who explained that the station operates with a capacity of 600 thousand cubic meters per day, and serves the pyramids area, It receives wastewater coming from Khufu Station, Tarsa 6, Kafr Nassar, Tarsa 5, and the officers’ residences.

The Minister of Housing and the Governor of Giza were accompanied on their tour by Dr. Sayed Ismail, Deputy Minister, and Dr. Maha Fahim, Head of the General Authority. For urban planning, Engineer Ahmed Abdel Qader, Head of the Executive Authority for Water and Drainage, Engineer Elham Al-Sargany, Assistant Supervisor of the Minister’s Office, Major General Shaker Younis, Secretary General of Giza Governorate, and Engineer Mohamed Nour, Assistant Secretary General.
