The Minister of Housing and his Chinese counterpart witness the completion ceremony of the concrete structure of the iconic tower in New Alamein
The Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Wen Hong, the Chinese Minister of Housing and Urban and Rural Development, and Yang Yi, the Consul General of China in Alexandria, witnessed the completion ceremony of the concrete structure of the Iconic Tower in New Alamein, in the presence of Wen Ping, General Manager. "CSCEC" Chinese, company officials, the Ministry of Housing, the New Urban Communities Authority, Encom, and the project consultant.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny began his speech by thanking everyone who contributed to achieving this great achievement on the land of New Alamein City (from The Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the New El Alamein City Authority – Encom Company – the project consultant – CSCEC Company – are partners in success, stressing that what has been achieved in the city of El Alamein is a major achievement that will be added to the balance of the Egyptian state’s achievements.
The Minister of Housing confirmed that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi provides full support for the implementation of various national projects in fourth-generation cities, most notably the New Administrative Capital and the New Alamein City, explaining that these cities are being developed within the framework of implementing the outcomes The National Strategic Plan for Urban Development, which was adopted by His Excellency the President, and turned into a reality on the ground.
Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny expressed the Egyptian state’s aspiration for further cooperation with the Chinese company CSCEC. To continue achieving joint successes, within the framework of the strong and solid relations between Egypt and China, he also called on the Chinese Minister of Housing and officials of the Chinese company CSCEC to participate strongly in the World Urban Forum. To highlight the great achievement that has been achieved in joint cooperation between the two sides.
