Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued a decision to assign Dr. Gamal Mohamed Hashem Ahmed, a full-time professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, to work as an advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for institute affairs.
