Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, witnessed the activities of the annual breakfast ceremony for expatriate students, which was organized under the supervision of Dr. Ayman Farid, the Chargé d’Affaire Expatriates, and in the presence of a number of university presidents, council secretaries, ambassadors, consultants, cultural attachés, ministry leaders, media professionals and expatriate students.
