Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, inspected the Mokattam Hospital for Health Insurance, today, Saturday, on a surprise visit, as part of his trips aimed at following up the workflow in the field, and standing at the level of quality and efficiency of medical services provided to patients. His tour at Al -Mokattam Hospital, inspecting the reception and emergency department, where he noticed that there were no emergency doctors, so he directed all those absent from work to investigate. The minister was keen during his tour to listen to the opinions, proposals and complaints of citizens, to determine the extent of their satisfaction with the service provided to them, directed to establish a unit for citizens’ complaints, to determine the challenges and resolve them. Until the minister inspected the CT scan and magnetic resonance, in addition to inspecting the comprehensive clinics in the hospital, as well as the pharmacy store, directed to transfer the pharmacists who are negligent for investigation, and he also noticed a significant increase in the numbers of pharmacists from the actual need for work, so he directed the redistribution of the manpower from pharmacists, according to the need for work.

Until the minister inspected the heart muscle weakness clinic, and was directed to increase the number of clinic working days, and increase the human forces, while stressing the need for medical staff to adhere to the dress inside the clinic.
