Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, held a meeting with Sheikh Yasser Helmy Muhammad Abu Ghayati, Director of the Qalyubia Endowments Directorate, at the Ministry’s General Office in the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of Sheikh Khaled Khadr, Head of the Ministry’s Religious Sector, and Dr. Abdul Rahim Abdullah, Assistant Minister of Endowments for Administrative Reform.
The meeting aimed to strengthen administrative and advocacy discipline in the Qalyubia Endowments Directorate As part of a series of weekly meetings held periodically by the Minister with directorates of directorates; To follow up on performance in various directorates.
The Minister of Endowments welcomed the Director of the Directorate, and discussed with him the work conditions within the Directorate, the current challenges, and ways to confront them. To ensure the continuation of efficient work, and to develop practical solutions to overcome obstacles in a way that contributes to quality performance. Muhammad Abu Ghayati, praising his constant commitment to implementing the Ministry’s plans, and his good organization of the advocacy and Qur’anic activity in the Directorate. The Minister praised the good presentation and documentation that It was presented by the Director of the Directorate about the ongoing programs and activities, and the tangible achievements that have been achieved in the field of advocacy and renewal of religious discourse. Dr. Osama Al-Azhari stressed that these efforts reflect the spirit of teamwork and deep belonging among the work team in the Qalyubia Directorate, which contributes to successfully achieving the overall objectives of the Ministry.
The Minister also praised the initiatives that It is implemented by the Directorate in supporting the memorization of the Holy Qur’an and organizing faith evenings and educational seminars, highlighting its pivotal role in consolidating national and humanitarian values and spreading enlightened moderate thought, and stressed the necessity of Continuing these efforts, and developing advocacy programs to meet the needs of society in line with the Ministry’s vision of building the Egyptian human being intellectually and culturally, pointed out the importance of excellence in performance, and the necessity of transferring these successful experiences to the rest of the directorates to enhance integration and work in a team spirit at the republic level.
The Minister stressed the importance of administrative and advocacy discipline, explaining the necessity of adhering to the rules regulating work, and announcing the imminent adoption of the Code of Professional Conduct and its implementation to ensure the provision of services commensurate with the requirements of the stage.
