The Minister of Education meets the members of the Education Council in Tokyo to discuss the exchange of educational experiences

Mohamed Abdel -Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, met with members of the Education Council of Tokyo Governorate, in the presence of Ambassador Mohamed Abu Bakr, Egypt’s ambassador to Japan; To discuss ways to enhance relations between Egypt and Japan and confirm the commitment to improve the quality of education for all students in the field of pre -university education. , Professor Amira Awad, the ministry coordinator for United Nations organizations, Dr. Hani Hilal, Secretary -General of the Egyptian Japanese Initiative for Education, and members of the Egyptian embassy in Japan. He praised the fruitful cooperation between the two countries and successful joint projects, such as the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Egyptian Japanese Schools, noting that these schools are the most successful educational models in Egypt. In addition to training teachers, especially in light of the rapid developments of education methods, expressing his desire that Egyptian -Japanese schools will be a role model in the region.

The Minister also expressed his keenness to increase the number of visits in student exchange programs between the two countries Which aims to enhance the cultural and educational understanding between Egyptian and Japanese students.
