The healthcare chief continues to monitor medical insurance preparations for Christmas celebrations

 Continuing to raise the level of preparedness in 302 health facilities and enhancing the presence of medical staff in emergency departments

 

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, President of the Public Authority for Health Care, General Supervisor of the project Comprehensive Health Insurance held a meeting via Zoom technology to follow up on medical insurance preparations for celebrations in the governorates of implementing the comprehensive health insurance system, in line with the plan of the Ministry of Health and Population to provide integrated health care for citizens during celebrations, in a way that enhances their safety. And their health.

 

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, Chairman of the Public Authority for Health Care and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, confirmed the continued raising of the level of preparedness in 302 health facilities affiliated with the Authority in the governorates of the first phase of implementing The comprehensive health insurance system “Port Said, Luxor, Ismailia, South Sinai, Aswan, Suez,” with the strengthening of the presence of medical teams in emergency and critical cases departments, noting the establishment of crisis rooms. And emergency services around the clock to ensure rapid response to any emergency and provide the highest levels of medical service.

 

Al-Subki added that emergency services are provided within an integrated system that operates around the clock, through treatment paths. Specific measures that ensure speeding up service and providing a safe and calm environment for patients, stressing that “emergency services are a red line and do not compromise in providing the necessary care to patients in various situations.” “Circumstances.”

 

Al-Sabki explained that the Authority has provided more than 9 million emergency services since the launch of the comprehensive health insurance system in 2019 until now, from which more than 5.9 million cases have benefited. He visited the reception and emergency departments of the Authority’s health facilities, which reflects the extent of the efforts made to ensure the health and safety of citizens.

 

Al-Subki pointed out that the Authority has 35 hospitals and medical complexes in 6 governorates included in the first phase of the comprehensive health insurance system, all of which are equipped with the latest medical technologies to support emergency services, which contributes to providing integrated health services that meet the needs of citizens with efficiency and high quality.

 

 

 

Al-Subki stressed that the Authority pays great attention to the qualification of medical personnel through continuous training programs to ensure the achievement of the highest quality standards in emergency services, while unifying and standardizing work within emergency departments in health facilities, And ensuring commitment to providing the best health services to achieve the highest rates of citizen satisfaction.

 

Dr. Al-Subki concluded his statements by emphasizing that the Authority is committed to continuing its efforts to provide comprehensive and safe health services, especially during Periods that witness intense celebrations and gatherings, as part of its mission to provide a pioneering model for health care in Egypt.
