Today, the Pharmaceutical Authority, headed by Dr. Ali Al-Ghamrawi, held an important meeting to discuss the challenges facing the pharmaceutical, medical supplies and cosmetic sector with the Medical Stamping Authority, the General Syndicate of Physicians, the General Syndicate of Pharmacists and the Chamber of Pharmaceutical Industry. Many challenges facing the sector were also discussed, and it was concluded that it was necessary to improve medical stamping procedures. It was agreed to simplify and accelerate procedures related to medical stamping to reduce the time spent on administrative processes and enhance work efficiency, while emphasizing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Egyptian Drug Authority, the Medical Stamping Authority, companies and unions to ensure facilitation of operations and overcoming obstacles. The necessity of updating some related laws and regulations was also discussed. With the medical stamp to keep pace with the current challenges and improve the overall performance of the sector, it was emphasized to follow up on the implementation of these recommendations during the coming period to ensure improved performance and solve the challenges facing the sector.
