The briefing request explained that these procedures occur in violation of Law No. 153 of 2004 regarding health facilities, which stipulates that a facility may not Medical doctors cannot practice their activities except with a license from the competent governor after registering them with the competent medical union, explaining that all clinics have been registered with the Doctors Syndicate and have also been licensed in the Free Therapy Department, which is the representative body of the governorate in licensing clinics, and no proof was requested to convert the clinic’s headquarters from residential.
