The Head of Parliament’s Defense praises President Sisi’s speech at the Riyadh summit and confirms: It was characterized by comprehensiveness and clarity

Representative Major General Ahmed Al-Awadi, Chairman of the Defense and National Security Committee in the House of Representatives, First Deputy of the Protectors of the Homeland Party, confirmed that the extraordinary Arab-Islamic summit, which was held in the city of Riyadh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, witnessed a unique consensus between presidents, leaders and brotherly kings in The Arab world, for the necessity and inevitability of stopping the war on the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, pointing out that this consensus came in response to the exceptional emergency circumstances witnessed by the Palestinian territories, Lebanon and the West Bank. The Chairman of the Defense and National Security Committee of the House of Representatives said, in a statement today, that the call to hold this summit It comes as an extension of the tireless efforts made by the sister countries, especially the Egyptian state, to support the Palestinian people and support their just cause.  All levels stand by Lebanon in its ordeal, in addition to the fact that this summit comes as an extension of the summit hosted by Riyadh on November 11, 2023, which witnessed the presence of leaders of more than 50 Arab and Islamic countries.
