The head of health care discusses cooperation with the CEO of the French Agency for Technical and Technical Support

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, President of the General Authority for Health Care and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, met with “Jeremy Pellet,” CEO of the French Agency for Technical and Technical Support (Expertise France), and Antoine Bigigny, Head of Health Programs, in addition to Mrs. Elodie Montitajo, Social Protection Officer at the Agency, on the sidelines of the Egyptian-French Business Forum held in Paris.

 

During the meeting, ways of enhancing joint cooperation between the two sides and exchanging experiences in the fields were discussed. Comprehensive health care and health reform. The possibility of developing innovative solutions to support the transformation of the health sector in Egypt and enhancing the sustainability of the Egyptian health system in line with international standards was also discussed.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki indicated that cooperation with the agency was discussed. Expertise France to support the establishment of an Egyptian agency for technical and technical support, to be a regional and international platform for exchanging Egyptian expertise in the fields of health care, health reform and comprehensive health coverage, in coordination with the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dr. Al-Sobki added that cooperation was discussed. With the French Agency for Technical and Technical Support to support the establishment of twinning between the hospitals of the Egyptian General Authority for Health Care and the French Foch Hospital, with the aim of improving the quality of health services and exchanging experiences, especially in the field of advanced care.

Al-Sobki also indicated that cooperation was discussed. To train medical personnel in hospitals of the Healthcare Authority and the Ministry of Health in French hospitals, with the aim of developing capabilities in various fields of advanced health care. The latest developments related to the grant provided by the French Development Agency (AFD) to support the Welfare Authority’s strategy beyond 2030 were also discussed.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki stressed the importance of continuing fruitful cooperation with the French Agency for Technical and Technical Support, Expertise France, Because of his effective role in strengthening the Egyptian health system and developing medical competencies to keep pace with the latest global developments.

For his part, Jeremy Pillet, CEO of the French Agency for Technical and Technical Support (Expertise France), expressed his happiness with this meeting, Pointing out the importance of continued cooperation between the two sides, and stressing the agency’s keenness to support Egyptian efforts in improving the quality of health care and expanding the scope of comprehensive health coverage. He also praised the efforts made by the General Authority for Health Care in developing the Egyptian health sector and strengthening international partnerships.

It should be noted that the Egyptian-French Business Forum is considered a prominent event in strengthening economic relations between Egypt and France, as it brings together representatives of the two governments and the sector. Private from both sides. The forum aims to explore cooperation opportunities in multiple fields, including healthcare, technology, and investment. The forum also seeks to attract French investments and enhance the role of the private sector in improving services, which contributes to achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030.
