Dr. Sahar Al-Sunbati, President of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, visited the Council, accompanied by Dr. Nour Osama, Council Member, Al-Siddiq House for Orphan Care in Obour, affiliated with Al-Siddiq Islamic Center Association in Sheraton, as part of the Council’s celebration of childhood holidays.
Dr. Sahar Al-Sunbati explained that during the visit, the activities provided by the home to the children residing there were inspected, and Organizing a celebration of the birthdays of some children at the home with the participation of the attendees in a family atmosphere that added smiles and happiness to the children, noting the children’s happiness with the participation of the Council delegation and members of the Rotary Clubs in the visit.
Al-Sunbati confirmed, " ; The Egyptian state is keen to provide all means of support to children, especially children residing in care homes, noting that the Council is carrying out activities and initiatives aimed at achieving the best interests of the child.
Al-Sunbati indicated that ; With the distinguished activities and care provided by the Association for children, the Council is keen to cooperate with honorable models that care for children and advance them.
At the end of the celebration, in-kind gifts provided by each of the Rotary Club were distributed. Al-Rehab and the Maadi Rotary Club supported the children in the home, which had a positive impact by bringing smiles and happiness to these children in Their Eid.
