The Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh inspects the wholesale trade company to follow up on the availability of citizens’ needs

Today, Thursday, Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel Moati, Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, inspected the General Company for Wholesale Trade and Delta Market in the center of the city of Kafr El-Sheikh, to follow up on the availability of citizens’ needs for food and basic commodities at reduced prices to ease the burden on them, stressing that food commodity prices will be monitored around the clock in all centers and cities of the governorate. The Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh reviewed all the goods available in the General Company for Wholesale Trade “Delta Market”, as part of his continuous monitoring of the availability of basic goods at reduced prices for citizens, including basic consumer goods such as rice, oil, sugar, pasta, meat, fish, and others. The Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh listened to an explanation about the prices of these goods and foodstuffs available in the markets, in order to ensure that they are available at appropriate prices to citizens within the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Human Building,” praising the presidential initiative and its results in improving the standard of living and reducing the burdens on citizens in light of the current global economic conditions. .

The Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh said that citizen satisfaction with the quality of food commodities and meeting his needs is one of his top priorities, pointing out that he follows on a daily basis the campaigns implemented by local units, the supply and health directorates, and veterinary medicine, to ensure tight control over the prices of food commodities in shops, markets and sales outlets. During his tour, the Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh also listened to a number of citizens about the services provided to them, expressing his constant keenness to communicate directly in the field with the people to examine their requests and solve their problems, directing to continue studying all the citizens’ demands, and removing the obstacles they face, while working to improve the level of services.
