The Governor of Dakahlia handed over 52 certificates of completion of the training course to legal affairs workers
Major General Tariq Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, followed the activities of handing over certificates of completion of the training course to 52 trainees working in legal affairs in the governorate’s general office, centers, cities and neighborhoods. He stressed that investing in human capital is a main pillar, considering the individual the most important asset and real wealth that represents a major axis in the work and development plan. The Governor of Dakahlia added that training courses contribute to improving performance, raising work efficiency, and maximizing returns, noting that the process of continuous and ongoing training represents one of the most important pillars of job work through the implementation of general and specialized programs that meet the needs of various specializations and jobs.
In this context, under the patronage of Major General Tariq Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, and in the presence of Major General Imad Abdullah, Assistant Secretary, and within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the governorate and the Administrative Prosecution Authority through the Judicial Training Center, represented by Counselor Dr. Ayman Nabil Abdel Hadi, and in the presence of Counselor Dr. Ayman Fakhr El-Din.
The training program concluded and the certificates were distributed to the trainees. The specialized training course for one of the local development and legal affairs departments targeted 52 members of the legal affairs office in the governorate’s general office, centers, cities and neighborhoods within the framework of developing the skills of workers in Dakahlia Governorate.
The Assistant General Secretary gave a speech in which he congratulated the trainees on successfully completing the course and obtaining certificates. He said that these training courses support the trainees’ functional and administrative expertise and develop their abilities in dealing with various situations and issues.
In Counselor Ayman Abdel Hadi’s speech, which was delivered on his behalf by Counselor Ayman Fakhr El-Din, First Deputy Public Prosecutor and member of the Judicial Training Center at the Administrative Prosecution, he expressed his thanks and appreciation and conveyed the greetings and appreciation of Counselor Abdel Radi Siddiq, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority of the Governor of Dakahlia, for facilitating and providing all means of support for the success of the cooperation protocol between The governorate and the administrative prosecution.
He added that today we are witnessing the conclusion of the first courses and the distribution of certificates for the specialized course entitled “Developing Investigation and Action Skills,” which targets members of the Legal Affairs Department in Dakahlia Governorate to achieve better performance in their current roles and prepare them for future responsibilities and professional growth with the aim of increasing productivity and achieving job satisfaction.
For her part, Dr. Nevin, Director of the Training Department at the General Office of Dakahlia Governorate, said that this course was the culmination of the Governor of Dakahlia’s continuous support and encouragement to hold courses and develop various skills and within the framework of distinguished cooperation between the governorate and the Administrative Prosecution Authority.
