The Governor of Dakahlia approves detailed plans for 14 villages in the center of Mansoura and Sinbillawain

Today, Wednesday, Major General Tariq Marzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, approved the detailed plans for 14 villages in the center of Mansoura and the center of Sinbellaween, and they are as follows (the center and city of Mansoura, which includes the villages of Minya, Mahalla Dimna – Kafr Al-Amshouti – and Al-Zummar) (the center and city of Sinbellaween, the villages of Orman – Tamd Al-Hajar – Al-Zariqi – Al-Zahayra – Al-Makhzen – Chabrahour – Tunbara – Saad El-Din – Kafr Al-Rawda – Kafr Chabrahor – Dead Gharita) in accordance with the applicable building and planning requirements.

This came in the presence of Engineer Maha Sabry, Director General of the General Administration of Planning and Urban Development in the governorate, and Engineer Alia Abdel Baset, Director of the Planning Department in the General Administration of Planning and Urban Development in the governorate.

The Governor of Dakahlia explained that the total number of detailed and strategic plans that have been approved at the level of Dakahlia Governorate so far has reached 493 new and amended detailed and strategic plans.

Major General Marzouk pointed out that these plans contribute significantly to ending all problems of urban and population development and to meeting the needs of citizens and responding to their demands that aim to solve their problems related to strategic and detailed plans and the necessity of their compatibility with what is based on nature and property boundaries and adherence to building and planning requirements and the provisions of Law No. 119 of 2008. .

For her part, Engineer Maha Sabry, Director General of the General Administration of Planning and Urban Development in the governorate, said that in implementation of the directives of the Governor of Dakahlia, work is underway to complete all remaining plans within the governorate in cooperation with the General Authority for Urban Planning in Cairo, the Regional Center in Tanta, the Armed Forces Operations Authority, and all competent agencies.
