For his part, the advisor reviewed Mahmoud Fawzi, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs and Political Communication, highlighted the national efforts to strengthen the legislative structure related to human rights and support basic freedoms through the introduction of new legislation such as the Code of Criminal Procedure and the National Law on Asylum for Foreigners, within the framework of implementing the National Human Rights Strategy in line with Egypt’s international obligations in the field of Human Rights.
