The Foreign Minister discusses by phone with his Chadian counterpart the strengthening of bilateral relations
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Dr. Badr Abdel Ati, held a telephone call today, Thursday, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, Chadians Abroad and International Cooperation, Abderrahmane Gholamallah.
The call discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the two countries. The two brothers in various fields, including economy, trade, and capacity building, and following up on the outcomes of the visit conducted by Minister Abdel Ati to the Chadian capital, N’Djamena, on December 26. 2024.
Views were also exchanged on a number of regional files, including the situation in Sudan and enhancing security and stability in the Sahel and Sahara region.
During the call, Minister Abdel Ati stressed the full solidarity of the Arab Republic of Egypt with the brotherly government and people of Chad, and its complete condemnation of the terrorist act that the capital, N’Djamena, witnessed yesterday evening, stressing its support for Egypt supports the efforts of the Chadian government to maintain security and stability in the country.
