The Endowments will open 35 new mosques in the governorates next Friday

The Ministry of Endowments continues its efforts to reconstruct the houses of God – the Almighty – by opening 35 new mosques next Friday, January 17, 2025 AD, in various governorates, 21 mosques for replacement and renovation, and 14 mosques for maintenance and development.

The Ministry announced that the total number of mosques opened since the beginning of July 2024 AD until now has reached 639 mosques, from Including 447 mosques for replacement and renovation, and 192 mosques for maintenance and development, it confirmed that the total number of mosques that have been replaced, renovated, maintained and furnished since July 2014 amounted to 12,720 mosques at a total cost estimated at approximately 20 billion and 506 million pounds.

 

< p>The list of mosques scheduled to be opened witnessed a wide geographical diversity, and was as follows: Next:

 

In Minya Governorate, the works included replacing and renovating Al-Rahman Al-Thani Mosque, Bani Hakam village – Samalout Center; And Al-Omari Mosque, Abu Hasiba village – Mattay Center.

 

In Gharbia Governorate, the Ezbet Al-Munira Mosque, Al-Banwan village, was replaced and renovated – Mahalla al-Kubra Center.

 

In Beni Suef Governorate, the works included the construction of Musa bin Nusayr Mosque, Ezbet Qatari, Ibshna village – Beni Suef Center; And maintenance of Ebad Al-Rahman Mosque, Manshiyet Asem Village – Beni Suef Center.

 

In Qena Governorate, the works included the replacement and renovation of Muhammad Abdel Mawla Mosque, Hejaza Qebli village – Qus Center; And Al Othman Mosque, Abu Manna Bahri village – Deshna Center; And maintenance of Al-Rahman Mosque, Tija – Al-Habil Al-Gharbi village – Abu Tasht Center; And Abdel Moneim Hassan Mosque, Al-Dahsa, Al-Arki Village – Farshout Center; And Al Rashwan Mosque, Ezbet Rashwan, Al Asirat Village – Farshout Center; Sheikh Hassan Al-Baha Mosque, Bandar Farshut; And Al-Ikhlas Mosque, Al-Arki village – Farshout Center.

 

In Aswan Governorate, Al-Salam Mosque was established, Al-Atmour Qebli Village, Al-Mansheya – Kom Ombo Center; And Al-Rahman Mosque, Nag Al-Hijab, Abu Al-Rish village – Aswan Center.

 

In Assiut Governorate, the works included replacing and renovating Nour Al-Islam Mosque, Abu Karim Village – Dayrout Center; And Awlad Badr Mosque, Kom Angasha village – Dayrout Center; And maintenance of Al-Awaj Mosque, Bani Rafi’ village – Manfalut Center.

 

In Beheira Governorate, the works included the replacement and renovation of Hashem Mosque, Kafr Musaed village – Itay Gunpowder Center; And the establishment of the Azmi Pasha Mosque, Al-Shouka Village, Al-Abadiyah – Damanhour Center.

 

In Fayoum Governorate, the works included the replacement and renovation of the Two Hundred Mosque, Al-Basyouniyah Village – Fayoum Center; And Sayyida Khadija Mosque, Manshiyet Kamal village – Fayoum Center.

 

In Ismailia Governorate, the works included replacing and renovating Al-Salam Mosque, Tal Al-Balad village – Big Hill Center; And Amr bin Al-Aas Mosque, Abu Khalifa village – Qantara Center West.

 

In Giza Governorate, the Al-Khalafa Al-Rashidun Mosque, Zerzara Residences, were replaced and renovated – row center; And the establishment of Al-Ikhlas Mosque, New October, the southern expansion residential area – Build Your Home services area 6.

 

In Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, the works included the replacement and renovation of Al-Khami Mosque, Ezbet Al-Khami, Sheno village – Kafr El-Sheikh Center; And maintenance of Al-Rahma Mosque, Balshasha village – Kafr El-Sheikh center.

 

In Sohag Governorate, the works included replacing and renovating Al Salem Mosque, Al-Montaser Island village – facility center; And maintenance of Nasser Shaheen Mosque, Al-Kawthar neighborhood – Akhmim Center; And Al Ashour Al-Qibli Mosque – The center and city of Saqalta.

 

In Qalyubia Governorate, Al-Rahman Mosque, Abu Sariya, Al-Barada’a village, was replaced and renovated – Al-Qanater Charity Center.

 

In Luxor Governorate, the works included maintenance of Abu Ayat Mosque, Al-Madamud village – Zinnia Center; And Al-Rahman Al-Badia Mosque – Center and city of Esna; And Al-Rawda Mosque, Al-Rizeiqat Bahri Village – Armant Center.

 

In Cairo Governorate, Sidi Ibrahim Al-Matbouli Mosque, Al-Matbouli Street, Birkat Al-Hajj, was maintained. Al-Marj.

 

These efforts confirm the Ministry of Endowments’ commitment to developing and modernizing places of worship to provide a suitable faith environment for worshipers in various parts of the Republic, within the framework of the Ministry’s interest in rebuilding the houses of God Almighty.
