The participants in the symposium stressed the importance of spreading the spirit of October and the lesson from this war, and for the resolve and determination to be renewed in us to draw inspiration from its lessons, so that we may benefit from this experience in facing the challenges of reality that surround us from every side, because enemies are lurking in Egypt, by fragmenting the nation and creating… The division between them.
The participants in the educational symposium called for the will of the Egyptian human being, the secret word for the October victory, to adhere to unity, because it is the path to victory over enemies, and to put division aside because it is the destroyer of nations. For his part, Sheikh Fawaz Ebadi, head of the central administration of the Cairo Al-Azhar region, confirms that the strength of faith, adherence to the rope of God, preparation of equipment, and taking the reasons were among the most important factors that led to the glorious October victory. Ebadi also urged young people to arm themselves with the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and to have authentic values and stay away from everything that threatens their faith and morals in order to be the protectors of the homeland and the pillars of the future, warning them against being carried away by the intellectual delusions spread by enemies to tamper with their minds in order to weaken the strength of this homeland and harm it. For his part, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Hawari, Assistant Secretary-General for Preaching and Religious Media at the Islamic Research Academy, confirmed that Al-Azhar is still and will continue, God willing, to play its role in defending the homeland, and even humanity, in confronting popular ideas, deviant trends, and violence with moderate thought that translates the tolerance of Islam.
Al-Hawari stressed that unity of ranks is one of the most important reasons for victory in the October War, and that victory does not come except with the success of God Almighty, and adopting the causes of victory. Faith in God Almighty, unity of ranks, rejection of discord and disagreement, and coming together on a common word will bring victory, just as victory depends on it. By possessing the balance of power, whether political, economic, or scientific, and these reasons are what God has made a way to live on earth, and granted them to those who seek and seek them. Faith also calls us to the necessity of adhering to these reasons.
