Captain Walid Gouda, Assistant Secretary of the Congress Party in Greater Cairo, stressed the decisive role played by the Egyptian state in confronting the war of rumors spread by the terrorist Brotherhood, stressing that these rumors aim to undermine the stability of the state and affect citizens’ confidence in Its institutions.
Gouda praised the state’s efforts, led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, in exposing the plans of this terrorist group and exposing its lies that seek to undermine Egypt and its national unity.
The Assistant Secretary of the Congress Party pointed out that the terrorist Brotherhood has always been a source of threats against the Egyptian state, whether through incitement to violence or spreading lies to stir up strife among the people.< /span>
Jawda explained that the crimes of the terrorist group throughout its long history are known to everyone, from acts of violence and sabotage to its continuous attempts to overthrow the state and manipulate the nation’s capabilities.
He added that the Egyptian people faced these plans with a solid will and complete rejection of those subversive agendas that only serve the enemies of the homeland.
The Assistant Secretary of the Congress Party pointed out that the Egyptian state, thanks to the efforts of its national institutions, the armed forces and the police, succeeded in confronting these threats and maintaining the security and stability of the country.
Jawda stressed that exposing the lies spread by the Brotherhood to public opinion represents part of the state’s success in confronting the intellectual terrorism that this group is trying to spread.
