During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation in various fields and the support provided by the World Health Organization to the Authority’s efforts to achieve the WLA level (a global reference body), which represents an advanced step towards leadership in regulating the pharmaceutical industries, and strengthening regional capabilities in regulatory fields, were discussed.
