Teddi Mellencamp, 43, reveals next step in her treatment plan after undergoing brain tumor surgery

Teddi Mellencamp used Instagram to share a health update with her followers amid her brain tumor battle.
On Friday the 43-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality shared a selfie in bed as she rocked a brunette, buzzed haircut.
Sharing with her 1.1 million followers weeks after she underwent emergency brain surgery, she wrote in the caption: ‘Staples out and ready for radiation.’
Mellencamp has been documenting her journey online ever since tumors were found on her brain following ‘several weeks’ of ‘severe and debilitating headaches’ in early February.
Teddi also filmed herself taking a walk, tagging her All In by Teddi lifestyle brand.
‘My All in by Teddi workouts are a little different these days,’ the former Bravo TV star said while recording her footsteps along a sidewalk.

‘But we’re on our walk,’ she added while showing off black sweatpants and white sneakers. ‘It’s feeling pretty good.’
She took a deep breath before remarking about the Southern California weather, ‘It’s pretty out.’
Earlier this week Mellencamp thanked the medical team who aided in her brain surgery and recovery.
‘I am so grateful for the incredible surgeons, doctor, and nurses who made my surgery a success,’ she wrote in white font typed against a black background.
It was added, ‘In full transparency, more tumors were removed than expected: 4 in total. This fight is not over, but that round has been one.’
Teddi — who shares Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, five with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave — continued, ‘The laughter, support, and patience of my kids, my family, and my closest friends is one gift with which words cannot properly express my gratitude.’
The message ended, ‘As I move on to the next steps in my treatment, I just wanted to say thank you to everybody for the outpouring of love and prayers. I see them and they’re definitely helping me stay strong.’

Kyle Richards, who has publicly expressed support for Teddi throughout the health ordeal, left a warm message under the post.
‘Teddi, I will forever be grateful to RHOBH for bringing you into my life. We will always have each other to lean on during life’s ups and downs. You have SO much love around you to help you get through this ❤️ Love you Teddi Jo!’ she wrote.
The mother-of-three’s brain tumor trauma comes amid her battle with skin cancer, which began in 2022.
‘For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches. Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization,’ Mellencamp said in a note shared in early February.
She added, ‘I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health.
‘Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey.’
