Tania Buckley makes a HUGE profit as she sells her marital Toorak mansion for $13million – four years after her split from AFL great Nathan
Tania Buckley has sold the Toorak mansion she purchased with her former husband, AFL great Nathan Buckley, for $13million.
The sale netted Tania over $9million profit after the home was on the market for one year.
The pair, who announced their separation in 2020 after 18 years of marriage, purchased the property for $3.92million back in 2007.
However, the sale price was still significantly less than what Tania originally asked for it when it was first listed last year.
Located in Toorak, the luxurious five bedroom, six bathroom two-storey pad went up for sale in March 2024 with an eye-watering $18million price tag.
Tania listed the Tudor-style home after splitting from Nathan.

The former couple called the lavish spread home for more than a decade.
Tania landed the property in the divorce settlement and first listed it with a price guide of $16m – $18m.
According to a report in the Herald Sun, Melbourne’s buyers made offers that were millions below Tania’s preferred top price.
Designed in a classic Tudor Revival-style, the gorgeous home features impressively scaled living spaces, French smoked oak herringbone floors and picture windows.
Highlights include a home cinema, a private study, and two kitchenettes in addition to a sleek modern kitchen.
There’s also a 500 bottle cellar, a swimming pool, a large double garage, while each of the upper floor bedrooms boast a private balcony.
Nathan and Tania got married in December 2002 and announced their separation in December 2020, almost 18 years to the day they wed.
The pair issued a statement via Tania’s Instagram page at the time, publicly announcing they’d separated almost a year before.
They share two teenage sons, Jett, 18, and Ayce, 16, who have lived with Tania at the mansion.

Nathan has found love again and is currently dating 36-year-old business manager Brodie Ryan, who he went public with in October 2022.
In January, Tania broke her silence over engagement rumours with new boyfriend Macus ‘Marco’ Kelly.
The star was attending day four of the Australian Open with her son Jett as guests of Piper-Heidsieck.
The former WAG was courtside at Rod Laver Arena when she was asked about the status of her relationship, while sporting a blinding diamond ring.
‘We’re very happy,’ she told the Herald Sun.

Speculation that Tania was ready to walk down the aisle was whipped up last May after she was seen stepping out with a large sparkler on her wedding finger.
She was spotted enjoying a stroll around Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens with a friend, sporting the ring.
