Today, Monday, Alexandria Governorate is witnessing the launch of a one-day market for farmers from the Al-Mansheya area in central Alexandria, behind Unknown Soldier Square, from 10 am to 5 pm, with discounts of up to 20%.

This is within the framework of the political leadership’s directives to provide citizens’ needs for food commodities and spread the policy of establishing one-day markets, and in implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade to provide food commodities at reduced prices to alleviate the burdens of citizens.

Lieutenant General Khaled Saeed, Governor of Alexandria, confirmed that the market will be moved to the Mansheya area behind the Unknown Soldier on Monday, where the market will be transformed into a mobile market in all Alexandria neighborhoods, so that the market will be accessible to everyone so that the citizen is not burdened with the burden of moving to a specific place.

The governor stressed that the market comes within the framework of providing various food commodities to satisfy citizens, remove the burden from their shoulders, and provide goods at competitive prices.

The march of market activities will continue during the current week in the Wardian area on Al-Isnawi Street, then it will be held in the Mandara Square area, and it will conclude in Mohamed Naguib Square next to Kamal Saad.
