South Korea launches the Hyunmu-2 ballistic missile in response to North Korea’s missile tests

Arab Defense Website, November 8, 2024: In a similar move, Fired South Korea also fired a ballistic missile, the military said Friday, two days after North Korea launched several short-range ballistic missiles.

South Korea’s Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said that the army launched a ballistic missile Hyunmoo-2 (Hyunmoo-II) Land-to-ground in the Yellow Sea yesterday, Thursday.

According to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the missile was launched in the western coastal province of Taian, 108 kilometers (67 miles) southwest of the capital, Seoul.
