Others enjoyed the color and variety and gave a brief shout out to the Rachael Ray brand.

The set sale comes after Macy’s confirmed its plans to close 150 stores over the next few years as part of a revitalization plan.

‘We are closing underproductive Macy’s stores to allow us to focus our resources in our go–forward stores,’ said Tony Spring, chairman and chief executive officer of Macy’s.

Following the announcement, the retailer made headlines after announcing its products would be 90 percent off.

The first 66 of 150 locations will be closed this year, including its stores in the Philadelphia’s historic Wanamaker Building and the iconic Downtown Brooklyn locale.

Despite the closures, the company announced that it will revamp ones still open, and open 15 new Bloomingdale’s and 30 new Bluemercury locations.

The company announced that it suffered another financial miss during its recent quarter and yearly earnings.

Its 2024 net sales suffered a 3.5 percent decrease to $22.3 billion compared to its results from one year prior.

The company is now bracing for the impact of the recent tariffs implemented by President Donald Trump.

Following the chain’s latest earnings, Macy’s is projecting this year’s revenue will be $21 billion to $21.4 billion, which is under last year’s $22.29 billion.
