Michael Jordan’s son Marcus Jordan was arrested for DUI and cocaine possession after he drunkenly got his Lamborghini struck on a train track in Florida.
The 34-year-old was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday and booked into the Orange County jail after a night out, according to police documents seen by TMZ.
His bond has been set at $4,000 but it’s unclear if he remains behind bars.
The Maitland police department said officers noticed Marcus’ headlights on a railroad. When they approached the luxury SUV, they noticed bumper damage and kicked-up rocks, which suggested Marcus had been trying to flee but could not.
Police suspected Marcus had just fled a nearby traffic stop, though Marcus allegedly claimed he had taken a wrong turn and needed help getting his car off the tracks.
Officers noted a strong smell of alcohol, slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.
Marcus allegedly admitted to having been at a gentleman’s club and drinking alcohol before his arrest. But he reportedly insisted his BAC was lower than the legal limit of 0.8.
However, police said he failed three sobriety tests before he was placed under arrest. Officers wrote in their report they found a white powdery substance in Marcus’ pocket that tested positive for cocaine.

Larsa Pippen’s ex Marcus Jordan, 33, was seen appearing to ingest the mystery powder at a crowded table – using a metal implement to sniff the substance – while on vacation in the South of France
Marcus was previously in a relationship with reality star Larsa Pippen , 50, who is Jordan’s teammate Scottie Pippen ‘s ex-wife
Marcus was combative as officers tried to put him in their squad car, per the police report, but ‘was singing the entire way’ to the jail.
It comes after Marcus was pictured appearing to snort white powder while on vacation in the South of France last year.
He was previously in a relationship with reality star Larsa Pippen, 50, who is the ex-wife of Jordan’s former star teammate and occasional nemesis Scottie Pippen.
Larsa is said to have dumped Jordan after his wayward behavior became too much for her to handle.
She opened up about the breakup in an interview last year where she gave a diplomatic explanation as to why she decided to close the door on the relationship.
Speaking on the Amy & TJ podcast on iheartRadio in March, Pippen said she realized Marcus wasn’t her ‘guy’ after she spent time away from him, giving her clarity on their relationship.
The former couple started dating back in 2022 and made headlines for both their 17-year age gap and because of their Chicago Bulls connection.
Their romance was a controversial topic as he was just seven years old when she married Scottie Pippen, the longtime co-star to Michael Jordan on the Chicago Bulls, where they won six NBA titles together.
But Pippen has since bristled at the perceived lack of respect he received for his contributions given Jordan being the NBA’s best ever.
In July 2023, Michael Jordan publicly revealed he did not approve of his son dating Larsa.

In a video obtained by DailyMail.com, the Hall-of-Famer, who was dining with his wife, Yvette Prieto, who coincidentally also shares a 16-year age gap with the sports and sneaker icon, was asked his thoughts on the pair’s romance, to which he laughed.
When pressed on whether he approved of the relationship, Michael declared: ‘No!’ before getting in the car.
Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen were Chicago Bulls legends in the 1990s, but their personal tensions were unearthed in the 2020 Netflix docuseries The Last Dance.
Pouring fuel on the fire, Pippen slammed his portrayal on the show, grousing that he ‘was nothing more than a prop.’
Pippen, himself a 2010 Hall of Fame inductee, further claimed that Jordan did The Last Dance out of insecurity – to demonstrate to the world that he is ‘still larger than LeBron James,’ whom some basketball fans have now taken to calling ‘the GOAT (greatest of all time).’
Marcus is the second eldest child of Jordan and his first wife Juanita Vanoy.
He played college basketball at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
