He also served as Legal Advisor to the Supreme Council of Universities in 2023.
Dr. Muhammad Sami has many general books and specialized research published in scientific journals in Arabic and English in the field of civil law and intellectual property, and he participated in developing a number of draft laws in Egypt and in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.< /p>
