Seizing narcotic substances and executing 660 judicial rulings in a campaign in Damietta and Aswan

The Public Security Sector, with the participation of the Criminal Investigation Departments of the Damietta and Aswan Security Directorates, directed an expanded security campaign, supported by combat groups from the security forces. To target criminal elements based on trafficking in narcotic drugs, weapons and unlicensed ammunition.

 

The efforts of the campaign – which targeted the departments of the Damietta Security Directorate – resulted in the arrest of 4 trafficking cases, during which a quantity was seized. An amount of hashish weighed 8 kilograms, an amount of banjo anesthetic weighed 13 kilograms, an amount of hydro anesthetic weighed 6 kilograms, and an amount of anesthetic Heroin, a number of narcotic tablets, in addition to the seizure of a shotgun, 2 local individuals, and a number of bullets of different calibres, in the possession of 4 defendants with criminal information.

 

Efforts also resulted in The campaign – in the Aswan Security Directorate – reported the seizure of 5 cases of drug trafficking, during which an amount of hashish weighing 8.6 kilograms was seized, and an amount of banjo weighing 5 kilograms was seized. Kilograms and a quantity of the drug Shabu, in the possession of 5 defendants, including 4 with criminal information, in addition to the implementation of 660 various judicial rulings, as well as the seizure of two shotguns and a number of bullets of different calibres.

 

The necessary legal measures have been taken, the competent prosecution offices have been notified to initiate the investigation, and campaigns are continuing to tighten security control and arrest outlaws.
